In 2024 I embarked on a pilot project growing 300 ft of annual flowers from seed. I started with an ambitious list of varieties to learn how to grow and understand more fully by the fall. From these annual blooms I was able to fulfill an 8 week bouquet subscription that I harvested and arranged for. 200 bouquets later I've learned a lot and I have a long way to go.
In 2025 I will be expanding my fields and growing more new and unique blooms. With this bounty I will be doing wedding flowers and making weekly bouquets that will be for sale throughout Ottawa this summer.
With the flowers I grew this year I arranged florals for as couple of weddings. In 2025 I will be doing more event florals and continuing to explore what I can do with my flowers. More flower arrangements can been seen here.
